Just like every other MSP, they had a customer hounding them for a simple and cost effective solution to their problem.  The customer has many remote users who are trying to work on a large set of files together.  They were emailing them back and forth to everyone in a vain attempt to keep things current. 

Expedite turns out to be an excellent solution for this customer.  The Expedite team came in and worked directly with our customer to get them what they wanted.  Meanwhile, they gave us a copy of Expedite for our use and setup a Contract process for our customers.  Between the two, our people are quickly getting up to speed on how to set it up and configure Expedite.

Expedite is turning into a service offering that is applicable to just about all of our customers.  We don’t mind spending the time to bring in a solution with such a broad appeal.  We can even continue to work with our customers after Expedite is installed to automate even more of their processes bringing in even more recurring revenue.
